   Too much screen time can lead to “Digital Eye Strain” and may affect a child’s sleep. The blue light from screens tells the brain to stay awake. Reading a physical book before bed is a much healthier way to relax the eyes and prepare for a good night’s sleep.

   There is nothing like sitting with your child and reading a colorful picture book together. It creates a special bond between parent and child that a video simply cannot replace. This “together time” helps children develop a lifelong love for learning and reading.
